
Space to miss
You let go of your loved one every time they go to work. Every time you simply walk in a different direction you are creating space. Space for self, space for new opportunities, space for others- new friends, space to breathe, and space to miss that person. This is such a healthy concept to work with and live by regarding all relationships in our lives.
When I started to realize how beneficial it was to adopt this concept, it felt as if a certain weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I was then able to start truly realizing how amazing it feels to simply "let go". Let go of a thought- let it pass and drift away. Let go of a bad day. Let go of one emotion so that you're able to experience another. Let go of today so that you can experience tomorrow.
It's a simple concept, and the root of it begins with life and death, light and darkness. Coming and going. Out with the old, in with the new.
